At this time, Living Soil Organics Co. products are released in limited-run drops and often ship in batches rather than same-day fulfillment.
Where we ship
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- International shipping is not available yet.
Seed Boxes & Flagship Memberships
(First Edition Collector’s Seed Box + Flagship Membership × Collector’s Seed Box)
- These items are part of limited launch drops and may function similar to a pre-order.
- Orders ship in batches from California.
- Estimated delivery window is typically 2–3 weeks from the time you order, depending on carrier speed and your location.
- During the holidays, please refer to the date and timing listed on the product page for cut-off dates and expected delivery before Christmas.
Merch Orders (Hoodies, Tees, etc.)
Apparel is produced and shipped in limited runs.
- Orders ship in batches from California.
- Estimated delivery window is typically 2–3 weeks from the time you order.
- Holiday cut-off dates and timing will be listed on the product pages.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, plus a tracking number once it ships.
Returns & Refunds
We’re a small, limited-run brand, which means we can’t operate like a big-box retailer - but we still want you to be happy with what you receive.
Seed Boxes & Flagship Memberships
- Due to the nature of the product, all Collector’s Seed Boxes and Flagship Membership sets are final sale.
- These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your seed box or Flagship set arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and product issue
We’ll review and, if approved, replace the damaged item at no cost.
Apparel (Hoodies, Tees, etc.)
Apparel can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if it is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Customer is typically responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on the order.
If your apparel order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
