By visiting Living Soil Organics Co., purchasing from our store, or participating in any campaign or giveaway, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Product Availability

We aim to keep product listings accurate, but quantities are limited - especially for special editions like Legacy Bricks, merch, and Club Cards. If an item sells out or becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or appropriate substitution.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is accepted via major credit cards and other secure methods offered through Shopify checkout.

Shipping & Fulfillment

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Shipping times vary based on product type (e.g., pre-sale bricks ship after production completes). We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

All physical products - including Legacy Bricks and merch - are final sale, unless defective or damaged in transit. If there’s an issue, email us at support@livingsoilco.com and we’ll make it right. Giveaway entries, digital content, and memberships are non-refundable.

Giveaways & Promotions

Giveaways follow their own official rules, available on our Giveaway Rules & Transparency page. No purchase is necessary to enter. Bonus entries are granted with qualifying purchases, where permitted by law.

All content on this site - including logos, product names, designs, images, and copy -belongs to Living Soil Organics Co. (or is used with permission). Do not reproduce it without written approval.
