Official Rules - Full Fridge, Full Heart Giveaway

These Official Rules govern the Full Fridge, Full Heart Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Living Soil Organics Co. (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Living Soil Organics Co. are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 28, 2025 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Entry Period at its discretion.

3. How to Enter

Free Entry: Submit the official entry form with your first name, email address, and confirmation of eligibility. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Bonus Entries:

Purchase Living Soil Organics merchandise - each item includes bonus entries.

Claim a Brick at the Living Soil Flagship Property:

• Tier 1 Brick = +1,750 entries
• Tier 2 Brick = +2,200 entries
• Tier 3 Brick = +5,000 entries 

Purchase stand alone Bonus Entries directly through our store.

No Purchase Necessary: Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $12,000 in food funds, awarded as either:

(a) $1,000 per month for twelve (12) months, or

(b) a one‑time lump sum payment of $10,000,

At the winner’s choice, Payment may be made via direct deposit, cashier’s check, or prepaid debit card, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,000.
Prize is non‑transferable. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Secondary Winners and Consolation Prizes:  A select group of entrants will take home exclusive Living Soil merch packs, gift cards and wellness goods, valued at anywhere between $100–$1,000 each.

5. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099‑MISC for $12,000.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted within 14 days after the Entry Period ends.

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner’s name may be announced on Sponsor’s official social media channels and website.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in all media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or any other issues that may prevent entry. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if any cause beyond its control affects the integrity of the Giveaway.
